But then failed to notice what 90% of Billings residents wanted ?

Did you actually read the Centennial Park Citizen Surveys?

So, you are a major part of the EGO problem that designed Centennial Park? Our first large Community Park built in 35 years, the first one ever in fast growing west Billings. Designed not for the People, but for the EGO of those who want to take credit for it ?
